Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Call our customer service team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the product bottles, whether full or empty, into a shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

  Ship the Return

  Send your package to our returns processing center using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
